Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the orthodontist regarding patient care and treatment needs
• Educate patients on procedures, appliances, and treatment recommendations
• Accurately capture records, including intraoral photos, 3D X-rays, and iTero scans
• Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures and exams
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Prepare and manage patient records with precision and attention to detail
• Perform laboratory tasks as required
• Comply with all office policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience required
• Strong knowledge of dental and orthodontic terminology
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a focus on high-quality patient care
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
