We’re hiring a Head of Automation & Applied Intelligence to design and lead this transformation across estimating, engineering, operations, and execution.
If you like turning messy, high-stakes processes into software, automation, and leverage — this role has teeth.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, with the authority to build, deploy, and scale internal systems that materially change how the company operates.

What You’ll Do
• Identify high-leverage bottlenecks and replace them with automation or AI-assisted systems
• Design internal tools that increase speed, accuracy, and visibility across the business
• Connect data and workflows across finance, engineering, procurement, production, and project teams
• Build internal knowledge and decision-support systems that compound over time
• Establish technical standards and deployment discipline
• Lead and coordinate a small distributed development team
This is not just an R&D lab. These systems go into production.
