Seasonal until end of August 2025; Friday - Sunday; 10:00AM - 6:30PM
The Amenities Attendant is a hospitality position responsible for maintaining a safe and clean recreational area for guests or residents and/or other amenity or common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Supervisor or Property Manager.
Duties and Essential Functions

- Welcome and Greet residents.
- Assist residents with the opening / closing of pool umbrellas.
- Assist in organizing the pool chairs as needed.
- Ensure BBQ stations are turned on / unlocked prior to BBQ use and turned off / locked after.
- Prepare ice water dispenser every morning and ensure that ice, water and cups are replenished as needed.
- Report any damages to BBQ stations and furniture and report the damages immediately to management.
- Assist in efforts to improve the services at the amenities level, special events and special projects.
- Ensuring residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations;
- Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor;
- Remove trash from garbage bins at BBQ stations and pool deck as needed;
- Complete daily check list of groundskeeping items of the pool deck and BBQ stations area.
- Assist other departments as time allows on projects and duties as assigned.
Work Environment
The position will be outdoors. Moderate noise level.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors. Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
1 part time position available to be filled.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property manager or department supervisor. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
English speaking required.
Required Education and Experience
- Prior experience in a related position.
- Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred;
- The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment;
- The ability to convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations;
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff;
- Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members;
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
- Ability to organize and prioritize;
