Senior Architectural Project Manager
Job Type : The position will begin with a 3-month contract to hire period, after which, pending a mutual fit, it will transition to full-time employment.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience, strong leadership, and advanced technical expertise in Revit. This role requires a proactive manager who excels in overseeing projects from conception through completion, working directly with owners, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients/owners.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Oversee production of architectural documents and ensure quality standards.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Utilize Revit for project design, documentation, and coordination.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors, and consultants.

Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in architectural project management or project architecture.

Proven leadership and managerial experience running complex projects.

Strong proficiency in Revit with hands-on experience.

Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects; multifamily experience is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with clients.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred.

Professional licensure (AIA) is a plus but not mandatory.
