Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial and Healthcare construction to oversee and deliver a range of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate and direct construction activities and resources on-site.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide timely updates and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in Commercial and Healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and construction law.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
