Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a hard-working, dependable Guardrail Post Driver / Pounder (Machine Operator) to join our crew.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years experience running machinery (basic knowledge of how machines function)
  
  
• Able to read plans and understand guardrail job layouts
  
  
• CDL required
  
  
• Clear communication skills
  
  
• Comfortable with paperwork + timesheets
