Soliant Health is partnering with a dynamic, mission-driven pharmacy organization in Fort Lauderdale, FL to recruit a Director of Pharmacy Operations. This is a newly created leadership role designed to elevate operational excellence and drive strategic initiatives in a high-impact munity-based pharmacy setting. The pharmacy specializes in HIV/AIDS patient care and serves a diverse and underserved population.

Supervises: Two Pharmacy Managers and supporting staff

Core Responsibilities:Operational Leadership & pliance
-
Direct and optimize daily pharmacy operations across multiple retail/specialty locations
-
Ensure ongoing pliance with ACHC accreditation standards, 340B program requirements, and third-party payor contracts
-
Lead inventory management for both retail and 340B accounts, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency

Maintain all standard operating procedures, licensure requirements, and audit preparedness

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational benchmarks
Team Development & Leadership

Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, including two Pharmacy Managers
-
Lead performance evaluations, training, and professional development planning
-
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence

Oversee workforce planning, including scheduling, staffing models, and workflow optimization
Business Development & munity Engagement

Strengthen relationships with medical providers, prescribers, and healthcare partners
-
Lead pharmacy-driven marketing campaigns, vendor negotiations, and munity outreach events

Represent the organization at industry conferences, educational programs, and patient advocacy events

Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth strategy, innovation, and market expansion
Qualifications:

Clear and Active Florida Pharmacist License Required
-
Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience (Manager or Director level) Required

Background in retail and/or specialty pharmacy operations Required

Demonstrated experience working with HIV/AIDS patient populations Required

AAHIVP Certification Preferred

Strong knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program Highly Preferred

Proven ability to manage multi-site operations, lead teams, and drive measurable results
