We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager.
The candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership, with hands-on knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and day-to-day guest experience oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain exceptional guest relations, promptly addressing requests, complaints, and special needs.
- Manage reservations and room assignments through PMS (Cloudbeds)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and quality.
- Monitor guest reviews and implement strategies to enhance ratings and satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports, handle billing inquiries, and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Support management with administrative tasks, audits, and inventory tracking.
- Make sure the rooms are not damaged.
- Ensure that the property is perfect.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
