Machine Shop Operator – Naples, FL
Pay: 1st shift $20.00 2nd Shift $20.80
Schedule: 1st Shift 6am-2pm 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Machine Shop Operator to join our team in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn. While prior machine or production experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with various shop machinery and tools used in metal or part fabrication
- Perform basic setup, loading/unloading, and monitoring of production machines
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Support production goals and work as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a machine shop or production environment is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions and measurements
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
