The Haven Luxe Spa is a rapidly growing luxury day spa that provides massages, facials, reflexology, and other body treatments 7 days a week.

As the Spa Operations Manager, you will direct and organize the overall operation of the spa to maximize profits through exemplary customer service and customer satisfaction. In this role you will need to understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation.
***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING A DAY SPA OR RESORT SPA!***
Primary Responsibilities include:
Assists the Owner by managing the day-to-day operations of the spa
Supervises the front desk/spa concierge staff, as well as coordinates activities and scheduling with therapist managers for staff who delivers spa services
Focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and achieving operational efficiencies
Orders and manages supplies, equipment, backbar inventories, and retail product inventories
Ensures all employees have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms
Maintains cleanliness of the entire spa and related areas and equipment
Ensures and delivers exceptional customer service
Sets a positive example for guest relations
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
Handles guest problems and complaints
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
Strives to improve spa service performance
Supervises on-going training initiatives and conducting training when appropriate
Qualifications
Minimum of a 4-year college or university degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related discipline (Desired)
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or resort spa management (Required)
Experience in sales and marketing (Required)
Knowledge of skin care products, massage and esthetician services (Required)
Well groomed, engaging, energetic, and has strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Skilled team leader
Must be able to multi-task and remain organized
Must be able to communicate effectively with the team to resolve customer complaints
Proficiency in financials and scheduling software applications and a willingness to learn new things
Reading, Writing, and Oral proficiency in English (Required)
Salary
Base Salary + Commissions
