The No Fault Group is seeking motivated and dynamic Intake Specialists to join our incredible team! Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by overseeing cases from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and guidance throughout the entire process.


As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a critical role in presenting a positive image of our organization and fostering trust with potential clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to screen, qualify, and convert new client leads into long-term relationships. With an extensive network of attorneys and doctors, we connect clients with professionals best suited to their specific needs, ensuring each case receives the highest level of care.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Client Screening and Qualification: Engage with Clients to assess their needs and gather relevant information to determine their eligibility for our services. Conduct thorough needs assessments to qualify leads efficiently and effectively.

• Closing Deals: Utilize persuasive communication and sales skills to close agreements with qualified leads. Work towards meeting or exceeding targets for client intake and conversions.

• Retention of Treating Patients: Communicate and address current patients' concerns to assist in retaining them. Monitor patient satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly.

• Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges that may arise during the intake process, offering innovative solutions to potential roadblocks. Collaborate with upper management to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience.

• General Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and document management.

• Client Intake and Legal Partner Liaison: Assist with client intake process and serve as a liaison between clients and legal partners.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings and appointments with clients.


Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate must be personable, approachable, and able to develop friendly rapport quickly over the phone. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice that instills confidence in clients, are a must.

• Business Acumen: Proven business development skills and experience are required, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive results. A proactive approach to seeking new client opportunities and following up on leads.

• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite and other office software. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and data entry, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and accessible.

• Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Professional Connection Ability: A genuine ability to connect with individuals over the phone, emphasizing empathy and understanding in client interactions. Ability to convey professionalism and expertise, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

• Experience: Experience in an attorney’s office or a customer service role is a plus.

Tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects and materials of lightweight. Tasks may involve extended periods at a keyboard or workstation. Work is performed in usual office conditions with frequent interruptions while completing complex tasks with strict deadlines.
