We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED). This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can think quickly, and manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels.
Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages

Provide care ranging from minor injuries to critically ill patients

Manage multiple ER cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments

Provide discharge instructions and referrals

Maintain patient safety and a high standard of emergency care
Requirements
-
1+ year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (required)

Active RN license in Florida or Compact State
-
ADN required (BSN a plus)
-
BLS required prior to start
-
ACLS required within 90 days
-
PALS required within 90 days
-
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

Compensation & Bonuses

Hourly rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)

Sign-on bonus: $15,000
