We offer a home-like setting for our residents and a collaborative work culture for our staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our facility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay $60,000 with potential growth to $75,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resident care coordination.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA requirements, including manage inspections, audits, and licensing processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families. Represent the facility with external agencies and the local community.

Qualifications

• 2 years in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for elder care and a commitment to high standards of service.
• Florida ALF Administrator Core Training/License.
