We offer a home-like setting for our residents and a collaborative work culture for our staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our facility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay $60,000 with potential growth to $75,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resident care coordination.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff; foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA requirements, including manage inspections, audits, and licensing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families. Represent the facility with external agencies and the local community.
Qualifications
- 2 years in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare management is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for elder care and a commitment to high standards of service.
- Florida ALF Administrator Core Training/License.
