Natura Cruise Sales and Services is seeking a Technician Supervisor to lead our Cruise Line and domestic field service team. We are looking for someone who can coordinate technical operations, support our service team, and ensure high-quality communication with clients. Experience in a similar supervisory or field-service role—especially within the cruise industry—is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and schedule technical service assignments, including arranging travel such as flights and hotel accommodations.
2. Oversee communication and follow-up with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Provide remote support to technicians and clients via email, phone, video calls, and Teams.
4. Assist in troubleshooting and guiding technical resolutions when needed.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and support team collaboration using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

1. Strong communication and writing skills.
2. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, SharePoint).
3. Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
4. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
