About Ryze Agency Ryze Agency is a 20-person boutique digital marketing agency serving health and wellness brands with integrated services including SEO, paid ads, content, social media, email marketing, web design, and graphic design. We're a collaborative, performance-driven team that values hustle, ownership, and results.
The Role We're looking for a versatile operator who can wear multiple hats—project coordination, client relationship management, and strategic support—without ego. This isn't a role for someone who just manages timelines; we need someone who rolls up their sleeves, thinks strategically, and isn't afraid to jump into the details when needed. You'll be the connector between clients, creative teams, and strategy, ensuring projects don't just get done—they exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
- Project Coordination: Manage client accounts end-to-end, coordinating across SEO, paid media, content, design, and development teams to deliver on time and on brand
- Client Partnership: Serve as day-to-day client contact, translating business goals into actionable marketing tactics and managing expectations with transparency
- Strategic Support: Guide creative execution with strategic input—you don't need to be a designer, but you need to know what good looks like and how to get the team there
- Process Building: Identify gaps, build systems, and improve workflows without being told—we're scaling smart, not just fast
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with our Performance Lead, Sales Manager, and Web Developer to ensure integrated campaigns that actually perform
Who You Are
- 3+ years in agency, marketing operations, or account coordination roles
- Comfortable in the gray—you don't need perfect instructions to deliver excellent work
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically when needed
- Excellent communicator who can manage up, down, and sideways with equal finesse
- Experience in health/wellness, e-commerce, or DTC brands (bonus)
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.) and comfortable learning our systems
- Ego-free collaborator who thrives in boutique agency culture—no "that's not my job" attitudes
