The Aesthetic Provider delivers safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including body contouring, skin tightening, and muscle stimulation using advanced technologies (T-Shape 2, Venus Bliss Max, InBody 970). The Provider ensures professional, ethical, and patient-centered care while supporting Hinds4Health’s mission of enhancing patient well-being through evidence-based aesthetics.
Prior hands-on experience in aesthetics is preferred, and previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a strong plus. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable candidate who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in aesthetics while working closely with a highly trained physician in a supportive, high-standard clinical environment.
Patient Experience & Support
- Perform aesthetic body and skin treatments
- Educate patients on treatment packages, memberships, and retail
- Continue to stay educated in changes and package updates by attending meetings and reviewing material provided by the clinic.
- Build trust through consultative in-room guidance
- Close or assist in closing treatment packages
- Before Patient Arrives:
- Review patient's history and any previous notes in the EMR.
- Familiarize yourself with potential treatment packages, memberships, or retail products that might be relevant.
- Document all patient interactions in EMR within 24 hours
- Upload before/after images per patient file protocol (if applicable).
- Confirm patient paperwork & upload to EMR.
- Maintain accurate package usage logs.
- Document patient preferences and contraindications.
- Track rebooking and post-treatment engagement
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Upload before/after images per patient file protocol
- Track sales and treatment outcomes for monthly reporting

- Represent the clinic brand and values professionally
- Collaborate closely with doctors and support staff
Lead & Follow-Up Coordination
- Support digital nurture campaigns with follow-ups
- Follow up with previous consults, lost leads, or paused patients
- Track rebooking and post-treatment engagement
Opening & Closing Procedures
- Responsible for executing daily clinic opening and closing procedures based on scheduled patient appointments.
- Must arrive 45 minutes before first scheduled appointment for full clinic opening
- Must complete end-of-day closing checklist if scheduled to close or last to leave
- Ensures provider readiness at least 30 minutes prior to any patient appointment
Manager Responsibilities
- Support coordination, onboarding, and ongoing training of aesthetic staff
- Reinforce clinical protocols, service standards, and patient experience expectations
- Identify opportunities to enhance services, treatment flow, and patient satisfaction
- Assist with improving and maintaining clinic processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Oversee essential administrative functions, including scheduling support, inventory coordination, documentation compliance, and daily operational reporting
Requirements
- Active Florida state Aesthetician or Esthetician license in good standing
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a spa, med spa, or dermatology setting preferred. New grads with strong practical skills considered.
- Proficiency in core services: facials, extractions, peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion. Experience with LED, lymphatic drainage, nanoneedling, or microcurrent is a plus.
- Strong consultation skills and a friendly, professional bedside manner.
- Comfort with recommending treatment plans and retail products.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Familiarity with EMR/booking systems and basic retail metrics.
- Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring team members is a plus.
- Schedule: Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site.
