Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The candidate must have High rise experience and will respond to building chief engineer which is responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Full-time Maintenance position at a busy high-end association in Boca Raton.

Requirements:

Painting, repairs, etc.
Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC
Some Janitorial, clean up, power washing
Some on-call, nights, and weekends
Must have good communication skills for contractors, vendors and homeowners
Must have clean driver's license, background
Team player

Qualifications:

- Must have High Rise experience
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair-
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
