Job Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours for 12-hour shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10-hour shifts
\n• Call is required as part of the position
\n• Weekend coverage may be required and can be discussed with manager
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities within 20 miles
\n• 18 months experience in specialty required, 2 years preferred
\n• Required certifications: AHA ACLS and BLS
\n• Preferred certifications: Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) and RCIS
\n• Must be nicotine free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen required
\n• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
\n• Charting system: EPIC
\n• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
\n• Complete 6-15 hours of pre-start modules with time-sensitive priorities
\n• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
\n• Handle cardiac stent placement, IABP placement/removal, and percutaneous coronary interventions
\n• Maintain sterile field and scrub procedures
\n• Provide equipment setup and room circulation support
\n• Work with middle adult and older adult patient populations
\n• Must submit all requested time off at time of application

This 180-bed short-term acute care facility provides comprehensive cardiac and interventional services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and operates multiple locations within a 20-mile radius. The facility features modern cardiac catheterization labs equipped with advanced technology for both diagnostic and interventional procedures, supporting a full range of cardiovascular treatments and emergency cardiac care.
