FGP Home Services, a division of Fusion Growth Partners, is looking for an experienced and highly driven General Manager to oversee and grow our national home services referral operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and managing teams and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
About Our Business and Business Model
We have a unique opportunity through our sister company, Fusion Growth Partners. Fusion Growth Partners is a comprehensive business solution for top-producing real estate agents in most major metropolitan areas in the United States. Fusion provides a process to market to the real estate agents' spheres of influence at a significant level to help them generate business. Currently we are partnered with close to 900 top producing real estate agents who will sell well over 6 billion in real estate volume in over 12,000 transactions. As a result, there is a massive volume of handyman, remodeling, movers, stages, plumbers, pest control and all other types of home services referrals from these agents, and we have launched FGP Home Services to capture this business. Currently, we are rolling out in eight states and are already building the network. .
Our innovative model allows us to work with these real estate agents as legitimately compensate them under RESPA compliant laws. This enables them to leverage their relationships within their database and earn additional income in a RESPA-compliant manner.
Everyone benefits from this arrangement. Clients can rely on someone they know and trust, rather than hiring an unknown service from the internet.
Currently, we work with over 750 real estate clients and market to nearly 400,000 individuals combined. We expect to hire hundreds of agents as salespeople and gain permission to market directly to their spheres of influence and past clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of FGP Home Services with a focus on growth, performance, and quality.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand service offerings, client base, and market presence.
- Manage internal teams across sales, operations, and customer support with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and results.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring reliable service delivery and quality control.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive profitability.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.

We are looking for an executive leader with successful, extensive experience in Home Service Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and Management.
The primary responsibilities will focus on all aspects of growth, sales, marketing, and executing the overall strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar executive role in a service-based business (network referral businesses, home services, construction, real estate services preferred).
- Track record of growing a business—from developing operational systems to scaling service capacity.
- Strong vendor management experience including contracting, negotiation, and performance oversight.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to make decisions with confidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
