Position Summary
We are seeking a Seasoned Plumber with extensive construction experience to lead and execute complex plumbing installations across residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This role requires advanced technical expertise, hands-on equipment operation experience, and strong leadership on job sites to deliver safe, code-compliant plumbing systems on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities

Lead installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems for new construction and large-scale renovation projects

Interpret and execute plumbing plans, blueprints, and construction specifications

Oversee underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing phases
-
Coordinate excavation and site preparation activities related to plumbing installations

Operate or oversee the operation of skid steers, trenchers, excavators, and related equipment

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing and construction codes
-
Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, engineers, and inspectors
-
Supervise, train, and mentor journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors
-
Troubleshot complex system issues, including drainage, venting, water supply, and sewer connections
-
Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
-
Support inspections, pressure testing, and final project walk-throughs

Qualifications
-
3 + years of progressive plumbing experience, primarily in construction environments
-
Proven experience in commercial, industrial, and/or large-scale residential projects
-
Strong understanding of underground utilities, trenching, and site work coordination
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
-
Demonstrated leadership and job-site management experience

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Underground plumbing installation (water, sewer, storm, gas, and drainage systems)

Rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing

Commercial and residential piping systems (PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, cast iron, steel)

Sewer tie-ins, water service installations, and pressure testing

Blueprint reading, layout, and elevation verification

Job-site safety compliance and utility locating coordination

Problem-solving in complex, multi-phase construction environments
