The Opportunity
We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home care throughout Aventura, FL area. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.
1099 Contractor
Part B Medicare visits- very flexible
Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and safety
- Accurately document visits and patient outcomes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure the best outcomes
- Stay current with best practices through continuing education
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida)
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- At least 1 year of home health experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
