Field Service Technician
We are looking for the perfect candidate to expand our Service Team!
Overview
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing our customers with on-site services
and support.
Applicants Should Be:
- Able to travel up to 12 consecutive days.
- Complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral
- instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to sudden changes in plans and scheduled projects.
Equipment/Machinery Used
Service Truck, Forklift, Lull, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts
Essential Functions
- Comprehending customer requirements, on-site problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with on-site technicians and guide crane operators.
- Ability to overcome difficult situations in field.
- Maintain a professional appearance to customers at job sites. Includes clothing, truck
- cleanliness/organization and attitude.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications/Training
- Have quality fabrication skills.
- Have experience with operating heavy equipment (lull, boom lifts, scissor lifts).
- Free from fear of heights.
- Learn and obey all safety regulations on each job site and complete all safety training.
