Are you an expert in softgel formulation looking for an opportunity to take full ownership of R&D operations in a growing facility? Our client is seeking an R&D Formulations Manager to lead the development of softgel products at a cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Miami Lakes, FL.

What You’ll Do:
- Formulate and develop softgel products from concept to production.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing.
- Conduct benchtop and scale-up production pilots to optimize formulations.
- Provide technical guidance on ingredient selection, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain master manufacturing records and ensure all formulations meet industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in softgel formulation (hands-on lab experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting production issues.
- Comfort working in a facility where Spanish is widely spoken (no bilingual requirement, but awareness of the work environment is important).
This is an in office role and will offer full relocation to out of state candidates.
