Now Hiring: Lead Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Lead Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, knowledgeable in a range of skincare treatments, and committed to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing services to meet individual skin care needs, promoting overall skin health, and maintaining a clean and professional spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional, high-quality facial treatments including peels, LED therapy, and microdermabrasion.
- Tailor product recommendations to meet individual client skin care needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular facial treatments as part of a wellness routine.
- Promote client retention through personalized service, product recommendations, and membership referrals.
- Participation in ongoing product and protocol training provided by vendors.
- Support retail sales through suggestive selling of proprietary skincare products.
- Implement and follow new esthetics protocols as directed.
- Set and track individual sales and service goals in collaboration with the manager or esthetics team lead.
- Assist in evaluating performance targets and providing feedback as needed.
- Support continuing education efforts by leading CE activities.
- Help ensure all Licensed Estheticians (LEs) are punctual and fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Provide informal coaching to peers and escalate ongoing concerns to the manager when necessary.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional esthetics experience
- Valid Esthetician license issued by the State of Florida
- Active professional liability insurance
- Proven track record of strong retail sales and in-room service upgrades
- Experience with advanced skincare services, including peels and microdermabrasion
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines relevant to esthetics
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering high-quality client care
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 2–5 years of professional esthetics experience
