Schedule - Primary Care Physician

<li> Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5pm</li>
<li> Very low call by phone</li>
<li>Outpatient services only</li>

Requirements - Primary Care Physician

<li> An active Florida medical license or willing to obtain</li>
<li> Board certified or Board Eligible</li>
<li> New grads are welcome</li>
