Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Take the lead in managing architectural millwork projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, budget, and timelines.

3. Budget Management: Be responsible for budget oversight, tracking project costs, and making necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.

4. Scope of Work: Possess an in-depth understanding of architectural millwork and related materials such as metals, glass, stone, and other relevant components.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Engineer, and the field team to facilitate a collaborative and efficient project environment.

6. Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in dealings with general contractors and other project stakeholders.

7. Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage conflicts that may arise during the course of a project, ensuring they are resolved to maintain project progress.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

9. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.

10. Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years of hands-on project management experience in architectural millwork, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $100K to $1 million for a total of $2.5million yearly.

· Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to confidently interact with general contractors and project stakeholders.

· Thorough understanding of architectural millwork and related materials, including metals, glass, stone, and other relevant components.

· Budget-minded with a keen eye for financial management.

· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain a positive working environment.

· Confidence and a professional, approachable personality.
