Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Fort Myers, FL 33912
Shift: Night Shift | 36 hours per week

Compensation:

• Travel Pay: $2,196 weekly

• Local Pay: $1,759.50 weekly

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an inpatient hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to integrate smoothly into unit culture while functioning at the level of core staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience

• Active RRT credential

• Florida Respiratory Therapy License

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Prior travel experience required

• Experience using Epic EMR

• Trauma experience preferred

Clinical Skills

Candidates must be proficient in:

• Invasive and non-invasive ventilator management

• Bronchial assist procedures

Preferred Equipment Experience:

• Hamilton ventilators

• Servo ventilators

Schedule & Work Environment

• Night shift

• Inpatient hospital setting

• No on-call requirements

• Black scrubs required

Floating Rule

• Floating is required

• Travelers will float first and may float to affiliated campuses

• Travelers are welcomed and expected to perform at the same level as core staff

• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and adaptability are essential
