The Project Manager Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and technical documentation.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
