Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Bottling Line Shift Lead to oversee daily bottling operations in a warehouse environment. This role requires hands-on experience operating bottling and filling machines, as well as the ability to lead and manage a production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot bottling and filling machines
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of bottling line employees
- Ensure production goals and daily quotas are met
- Monitor product quality and compliance with safety and GMP standards
- Coordinate line changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
- Assign tasks and manage workflow throughout the shift
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Report production issues, downtime, and staffing needs to management
- Assist with inventory, materials, and documentation as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating bottling or filling line machinery
- Prior leadership or shift lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 30–40 lbs]
- Knowledge of safety, quality control, and production standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or supplement manufacturing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and warehouse procedures
