What You'll Do:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on renovations, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, while adhering to confidentiality and safety procedures
- Inspect apartments, handle emergency repairs, and maintain equipment and vehicles to keep the facility in good condition
- Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, repair machines, and report any incidents of potential abuse
- Attend mandatory in-services as part of a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renovations (required)
- Trade school degree or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred)
- Ability to read safety and maintenance documents and write basic reports and correspondence
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
