Full-Time | Hourly | No Flat Rate / No Commission
We are the nation’s largest taxi, sedan, and shuttle company looking for an experienced Master Mechanic to maintain our in-house fleet.
This is a steady fleet position with consistent hours and workload. No flat rate, no upselling, and no dealership pressure—just focused, professional fleet work.

- Sedans
- SUVs
- Ford E-Series, including E-450 trucks
Job Responsibilities of an Auto Mechanic:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure DOT and company compliance standards
- Road-test vehicles before returning them to service
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize vehicle downtime
- Keep accurate service and maintenance records
- Coordinate with fleet management on repair priorities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Provide guidance or support to other technicians as needed

Qualifications of an Auto Mechanic:
- Experience as a Master Mechanic, Lead Technician, or Senior Fleet Technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Experience with Ford E-Series / E-450 trucks preferred
- Ability to work independently
- ASE certifications a plus
- CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
