Job DescriptionWalk On Clinic is growing! We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic team in Sarasota, FL. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, we’d love to meet you.

Job Type: Part-time, 2 Days per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
• Administer medications and vaccinations per provider orders
• Perform triage, obtain vitals, and document accurately in the EMR
• Educate patients on care plans, medications, and preventive health
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Collaborate closely with providers, and support staff

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Medical Assistant certification (required)
• Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Strong patient communication and multitasking skills
• EMR proficiency (Elation or similar systems preferred)
