Job DescriptionTuneRS Motorsports, a center for Porsche performance, repair, and maintenance located in Coral Springs, Florida, is seeking an experienced European Automotive Vehicle Repair Technician to join our team. Our shop is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and fabrication equipment to keep up with today’s rapidly advancing technologies.
Established in 2008, TuneRS has grown into one of South Florida’s leading independent Porsche facilities and is recognized worldwide for Porsche repair, restoration, performance, and product development. Our work ranges from factory-level maintenance to championship-winning race vehicles and award-winning restorations.
We are looking for a technician with proven experience working with Porsche and other European vehicles who wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented environment.
Shop Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends Closed)
Primary Responsibilities
- Performing mechanical repairs, maintenance, and inspections on all Porsche models, including both air-cooled and water-cooled platforms.
- Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Porsche factory diagnostic tools and related equipment.
- Conducting fluid services, brake system repairs, suspension work, alignments, and engine/transmission installations.
- Carrying out pre- and post-service inspections to verify work accuracy, quality, and vehicle safety.
- Documenting all work performed on repair orders with detailed, accurate notes and time tracking.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of personal and shared work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Communicating with the shop foreman or management regarding progress, parts needs, or unexpected findings during service.
- Following all TuneRS shop policies, quality-control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Test-driving vehicles when required to confirm proper function and verify repair results.
- Assisting with setup, teardown, and calibration of equipment for diagnostic or performance work.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and uphold the company’s reputation for precision and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background with Porsche and European vehicles
- Proven experience in European vehicle repair and diagnostics
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide repair solutions
- Experience performing engine, driveline, and electrical system work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Must provide your own tools (dedicated toolbox space provided)
