Description

Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is currently seeking a Nail Technician for our Spa to provide nail services to our members including but not limited to manicures and pedicures.

Duties

• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices, including but not limited to natural, acrylic and gel services.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training clients in these areas.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the Florida board and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail.
• Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by Spa Manager.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, friendly and positive energy.
• Possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, including both internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task, while remaining flexible to the needs of the Spa.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to building the spa business.
• Previous Spa and Country Club experience preferred, but not required.
• Manicures, Pedicures, Acrylic, and Gels are a required service for this position.
