We are now seeking an experienced Land Surveyor Project Manager to oversee and manage a team with multiple surveying projects projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various surveying and mapping techniques and software programs plus budget and project scope management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to determine project scope and requirements.
- Develop project proposals, estimates, and budgets.
- Supervise surveying teams and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize surveying software and CAD tools to produce accurate survey data.
- Implement best practices in surveying techniques and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land surveying.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in land surveying and project management.
- Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveying mapping and GIS technology.
- Experience with project scope development and budget management.
- Proficiency in surveying software and CAD applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Mentorship and supervisory of junior and mid-level staff.
