Compensation: Base $90K-$120K + Hours Bonus up to $35K

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Third-Party Coverage Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in insurance coverage analysis, particularly focusing on third-party claims. This position is critical in advising clients on coverage issues, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in disputes related to property insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage for third-party claims
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under insurance agreements
- Draft legal documents, including coverage opinions, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to insurance coverage disputes
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other attorneys to resolve claims effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and case law related to insurance coverage and third-party claims
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in FL
- 2+ years of experience in insurance law, specifically in third-party coverage
- Strong understanding of property insurance and third-party claims
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
