JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced Cycling Instructor looking to become part of the U.S.'s top cycling brand? Then we have the community that brings the energy, enthusiasm, and inclusive vibe that will help you make a difference in others' lives.
Our instructors are parts coach, DJ, motivator and friend, our CycleBar instructors' rides, helping our riders improve performance, reach goals and change lives- one ride at a time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create playlists to perform in your scheduled classes
- Follow our best practices as outlined in the CycleBar Training Manual
- Promote your classes on social media at least 3 times per week and promote studio social media content
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to each class and stay until all riders have left the community room area
- Make sure all new riders are made to feel welcomed, set up on their bike, and introduced to their riding peers
- Take at least 2 classes a month at your studio with other instructors
- Continue on building your ability through learning opportunities and attending periodic meetings/training
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 6 months of cycling instruction experience
- Hold passion for health, wellness and fitness
- Be able to complete CycleBar bootcamp CycleBar (unless a CycleBar instructor at another location)
- Be friendly, outgoing and motivating
