Location: Tampa, FL
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally ranked full-service law firm to find an experienced Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant. If you have 3+ years of recent legal administrative experience—especially in Trusts & Estates law—this could be your next great opportunity.
This role supports attorneys working with high-net-worth clients, so polished professionalism and exceptional client service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with estate planning and administration, including probate filings and asset management.

Revise, draft, and manage estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).

Assist with organizing documents for tax preparation and filing (individual, fiduciary, estate, gift).

Manage attorney calendars, travel, and expense reports.

Handle billing, time entry, reimbursements, and client file organization.

Conduct client conflict checks and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:

3+ years of recent and tenured experience supporting multiple attorneys with the above responsibilities in Trusts & Estates, or as a legal/executive admin assistant in a busy US law firm.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, billing, e-filing, and document/case management systems.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and tech-savviness.

Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.

Notary public preferred, but not required.

BA/BS or Legal Studies Certificate preferred, but not required.
