Call Center Representative -- Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering calls to set appointments
- Making outbound calls to set appointments
- Tracking daily phone calls
- Follow up and answering return calls/emails
- Sales
- Other related duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
- Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential client.
- Must be able to take directions.
- Prior experience in making out-bound calls a plus.
- Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Good work ethic and reliable transportation are a must.
