We are seeking a Help Desk Representative for an 8-month contract assignment supporting a high-impact technology project. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from multiple service providers.
- Act as the central point for collecting and organizing technical updates from field technicians across providers.
- Monitor scheduled visits, ensure successful execution, and communicate with the designated single point of contact (SPOC) in case of pre-visit or on-site issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the project tracker (date/time, technician name, contact number).
- Verify technician documentation for site visits (authorization letters or credentials).
- Confirm successful completion or reschedule as needed; document and escalate any incidents.
- Identify and document recurring technical issues; support in finding effective resolutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates are provided to all relevant internal project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with technical coordination or helpdesk support.
- Available to work from 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
