Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time and part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Orlando, FL area serving K-12 students across multiple schools. Positions include elementary, middle, and high school levels with varied schedules and assignment locations. This contract role runs from early January 2025 through late May 2026, with some part-time options potentially requiring itinerant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students aged Kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring to track student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field.
  • Current Florida State License to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working within school settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to cover multiple schools if assigned a part-time, itinerant caseload.
