Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installers to join our team! In this role, you will install systems in residences establishments. You have past experience in an HVAC installation role. A team player who is comfortable working with others, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities:

<li>Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction</li>
<li>Replace equipment/ wiring.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Past experience as an HVAC installation or comparable education</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License</li>
<li>Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds</li>
