Job DescriptionParalegal First Party Property Defense
Boutique defense firm that practices 1st Party Property Damage in Boca Raton, Florida, is currently searching for an experienced paralegal with 5+ years of prior paralegal experience in this area of law.
Required:
Florida state courts filing, including e-filing
Draft and prepare correspondence and other written documents as required including discovery responses, reports, filings, pleadings, answers, motions, interrogatories, contracts, opinions, position papers, letters, etc.
Manage scheduling maintain calendar for trial and discovery deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Provide administrative support to busy partner.

In-office position with the possibility of a hybrid schedule in the future.
8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Benefit stipend is negotiable.
Salary up to $70K
