Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

Company: Local Med Spa (Rebrand, New Acquisition)

Location & Details: On-site • Jacksonville, FL • Part-Time

Pay: $60–$75/hr base

Bonus: Membership Conversions, Product Commission & Spa Team Objectives

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00a–5:00p; Wed 10:00a–7:00p; Sat 9:00a–1:00p (may shift to appt-only); Sun closed

Role Snapshot
Founding, consult-led NP/PA injector role for a confidential med spa relaunch. A well-funded ownership group has acquired an established Jacksonville clinic and is relaunching it as a medical aesthetics + longevity practice.

We are hiring one Full-Time and one Part-Time Nurse Practitioner NP / Physician Assistant PA to stabilize clinical standards, deliver injections and longevity care, and drive education-led plan adoption (memberships, continuity of care).

This is an early-seat role with a stable hourly base, incentive upside, and a consult-led model that rewards education, retention, and ethical conversion, with added emphasis on longevity services (HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, IV therapy).

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver care across two core service categories in a consult-led, education-first setting:

Longevity Services

• HRT / BHRT
  

• Peptides
  

• Medical weight loss
  

• IV therapy
  

Aesthetic Injections

• Neuromodulators (tox)
  

• Dermal fillers
  

• Biostimulators
  

You Will:

• Own patient consults end-to-end, translating education into clear treatment plans and memberships.
  

• Perform injectables independently (day 1).
  

• Support and grow longevity programs under protocol with remote Medical Director oversight.
  

• Drive retention, rebooking, and ethical conversion through education—not pressure-based selling.
  

• Help establish consistent, brand-ready clinical standards during relaunch.
  

Requirements

Must-Have

• Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing.
  

• Hands-on, independent injectables experience including tox (neuromodulators), and filler.
  

• Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits; aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wed evening and Sat-by-appointment availability as needed.
  

Nice-To-Have

• Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss).
  

• Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus) and comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
