Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:
- Become a master of Tampa's real estate landscape to effectively counsel clients.
- Initiate proactive lead engagement to elevate sales outcomes.
- Perform in-depth consultations to accurately ascertain and meet client needs.
- Facilitate a flawless and gratifying buying or selling journey for clients.
- Coordinate the closing process, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
Qualifications:
- Drive and self-motivation.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Eagerness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Real Estate license is required.
