Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18 to $22.

Experience: Prior welding experience of at least 2 years is preferred.

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Aluminum Fabrication Specialist to join our client's team. Aluminum Fabrication Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and manage project workflows from initiation to completion, adhering to organizational standards.
• Interpret and execute projects based on detailed engineering drawings.
• Accurately measure and cut various materials to meet precise specifications.
• Perform detailed finish grinding using a range of manual and power tools.
• Apply knowledge of visual weld inspection protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication machinery.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
• Uphold a positive and professional image for the company.
• Maintain a consistent 40-hour work week, with flexibility for overtime as required.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques is highly valued.

Aluminum Fabrication Specialist Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering components and materials up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during work shifts.
• Familiarity with standard hand tools and industrial fabrication equipment.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in welding is a definite asset.
• Welding certification is a plus.
