Job DescriptionPosition: Bilingual Sales Parts Coordinator
Location: Homestead, FL (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-time, permanent
Compensation:

  • Base salary: $55,000–$60,000/year
  • Commission: 0.75–1% of all sales (after 1 year), averaging $40,000+ annually

About the Role
This role is with a global manufacturing leader. You would be supporting both production and aftermarket sales by ensuring the right parts are available and promoted effectively. It’s a key position that combines sales coordination, inventory oversight, and customer interaction.
Your Main Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Monitoring inventory and proactively ordering parts to meet production and aftermarket needs
  • Quoting and handling direct parts sales to clients
  • Reviewing Bills of Materials (BOM) for efficiency
  • Sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing
  • Supporting promotional strategies to boost parts sales

What They’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or inventory coordination, ideally in manufacturing or automotive
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid communication and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Reporting & Growth:

  • You’d report directly to the General Sales Manager
  • Commission kicks in after your first year, and there’s strong growth potential long-term
