Physical Therapist Needed in Pompano Beach, FL
Join an established orthopedic outpatient clinic where your expertise will help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement hands-on therapies to ensure optimal outcomes.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, plus a full benefits package
Primary Responsibilities:
- Treat 1-2 patients per hour in an efficient, patient-focused environment
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized equipment to enhance mobility and function
- Establish clear, trackable goals for each patient’s rehabilitation process
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on patient care
