We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution from initiation through closeout. This role requires a results-driven leader with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments, ensuring client approval.
- Handle closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
Qualifications
- Available to travel and manage projects across Florida.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in project management with a strong background in commercial interior build-outs for retail.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
