- Lead all on-site activities for large-scale multifamily projects.
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and daily construction operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with project management teams, clients, and inspectors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant supers and field staff.
- Drive projects from groundbreaking through completion and turnover.

- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
- Strong tenure and track record of completing projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience in multifamily ground-up projects ($20M-$100M+).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and manage MEP, structural, and finish trades.
- OSHA certification and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam preferred.
